YOGA SCULPT

This is not your typical yoga class. Light and heavy weights and other accessories are used in combination of yoga poses that will challenge your balance and your endurance. This class is sure to get your blood pumping and your body shaking.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is one of the most common styles of yoga practiced. Vinyasa is a flow of continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa is a slower paced yoga for all.

POWER YOGA

This vinyasa flow class is designed to build endurance and flexibility while flowing through a powerful yoga sequence. If you are looking for a great workout AND a great body maintenance practice this is your class.

BARRE

This empowering and energizing full body workout has proven to create long, lean, and powerful muscles by focusing on high reps of small range movements. Classes may include the use of 2lb weights, ballet barre, resistance loop band, stability ball, and some awesome tunes to get you through that muscle burn!

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a body weight focused workout that has lots of kicking and punching. Kickboxing is a high-intensity, high-impact workout that will have you constantly in motion. Your heart rate will be raised throughout your session, which means you'll be burning calories. Kickboxing is a high energy, all cardio workout that will have you sweating, smiling and having fun! You will experience various styles of cardio such as hi-lo, kickboxing, dance and athletic drills. All fitness levels appoved. 

BARRE STRENGTH

The perfect dup, barre + strength. You'll be using barre movements by focusing on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. In addition, you'll grab your heavy weights and work on building strength counting your reps. This full-body workout also develops agility, strength, and flexibility​​

BARRE FIGHT

When the graceful world of barre meets the athleticism of kickboxing, the results are hot! This in-demand fusion class provides the best of both worlds and appeals all fitness levels. This 60-minute class broken down with 30 minutes of barre and 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing. This class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout utilizing a ballet barre for stability, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio, & resistance training. â€‹â€‹

BODY BURN BOOTCAMP

A high energy toning and sculpting class that targets each muscle group effectively to completely transform your body. Anything goes workout where you will push past your limits by adding bursts of HIIT, TABATA, Circuit style, and BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH TRAINING!

SUSPEND

Using a suspension training rope system to work against your own body weight you are sure to tone and build muscle. This is a full body workout combining suspension training with short bouts of cardio to pump the heart rate and the muscles.

CIRCUIT BURN

This class incorporates many types of equipment and body weight movements moving in a circuit Tabata style class. Come ready to BURN as you move your way through the circuit!

STRENGTH

Strength class is a full-body workout designed to help improve muscular strength. Strength class uses resistance equipment and body weight to challenge all major muscle groups to become stronger. Our strength classes do not incorporate cardio movements. 

TOTAL BODY

This class is a total body weight lifting, heart pumping, jack of all trade's workout. This will shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength, and improve your cardio game. This class is similar to our strength classes but with added cardio movements. 

LOWER BODY

Lower-body classes will dial in on the lower half of your body. This class will build strength in the lower back, hips, glutes, and legs. Lower-body exercises include: lunges, squats, deadlifts, and more. Exercising your lower body builds foundational strength for everyday movements

BURN BASICS

This class is for beginners whether that be new to fitness, getting back into shape, or if you're looking to take your moves slow. If you're looking to take control of own fitness goals, this class is for you. Moves are explained in depth and will start with very basic fitness moves. 

BUTTS/GUTS

Butt and guts dials in on the glutes, hamstrings, and core. You'll be sure to hit every angle of the booty and core. Moves can include: donkey kicks, deadlifts, sit ups, crunches. May include cardio to get the deep glute burn.

X-BURN

The ultimate class for building lean muscle, challenging your mental strength and feeling the burn. Using dumbbells, suspension trainers, kettlebells and the weight of your body you will push through a high intensity interval training class that will leave you wanting more. This workout will result in a personal score that you can use to see your improvement the next time the same workout rolls around.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. Full body workout with intense, short intervals (20, 30, or 45 seconds) followed by 10-15 seconds of active recovery to sculpt, define, and strengthen your body. An energetic, effective class to burn calories and have FUN!
You may often see this class as:
HIIT + STRENGTH with emphasis of weight training moves.
HIIT + ABS which will include intervals of core.
HIIT + STRETCH will end with 10-15 minutes of stretching.

 

POUND

POUND is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session!
