You have 3 hours prior to class to cancel your spot if you can no longer attend class.
You will not able able to cancel within that hour before class which will result in a No-Show.
With 24-48 hours you will be invoiced a No-Show fee of $5.
Please promptly pay this invoice within 7 days to avoid a suspended membership.

We are located at 1908 N. Garfield Ave. Pierre, SD on the north side of the building. You will see a black awning above our main entrance. You may parking on the north or west side of the building.
Doors will open at a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your class start time. Arriving 5 minutes prior, generally gives you enough time to set up your equipment and/or mat.
If it is your first Spin class, please arrive 10 minutes ahead so the instructor can assist you in setting up your bike.

You are able to Claim Your Spot (Book a Class) 1 week prior to the class.
People do tend to book far out and cancel as the class gets closer, freeing up spots.
If the class is full, you may join the waitlist.
At times, an instructor will pull you off the waitlist and add you to the class if they feel the class can handle a few more. You will receive a message/email if this occurs.
If a spot opens up, you will receive an email to Claim Your Spot. You will have 30 minutes to claim, until it is opened up to the next person in line.
