Class Descriptions

BURN BASICS

The BURN Basics class is a foundational, full-body strength training workout designed for beginners and those looking to refine their technique. In this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of strength training, focusing on proper form, basic movements, and key exercises that help build a strong, balanced body. This class is open everyone whether you are new to BURN or have been around for a while.

STRENGTH

A Strength Class is designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall functional fitness using resistance equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to refine your technique, this class will help you gain confidence and strength, all while focusing on proper form to prevent injury. Key is to move slower and lift heavy all while keeping form in tact and breath on point.

SUSPEND

Suspend (Suspension Training) is a total-body workout that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. In this class, you’ll use TRX straps to perform a variety of bodyweight exercises designed to target every major muscle group, enhance functional strength, and improve overall conditioning.

LOWER BODY FOCUS

Lower Body class is a targeted workout designed to strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, hips, and core. Focusing on key muscle groups that are essential for balance, stability, and mobility, this class helps you build a strong foundation that improves posture, athletic performance, and everyday movement. In this class, you’ll move through a variety of strength and cardio exercises that engage the lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves) and the core (abs, obliques, lower back) using bodyweight movements, resistance bands and dumbbells.

UPPER BODY FOCUS

Upper Body class is a workout that targets the muscles of the upper body—arms, shoulders, chest, and back—while also strengthening and toning your core. This class is perfect for building upper body strength, improving posture, and creating a solid foundation for overall functional fitness. With an emphasis on proper form and controlled movements, you'll sculpt your upper body while strengthening your core for better stability and balance. In this class, you’ll perform a variety of exercises using bodyweight and dumbbells. Expect to move through exercises like push-ups, rows, shoulder presses, planks, and twists, which will engage both your upper body and your core simultaneously.

SUSPEND + STRENGTH

This class combines the power of Suspension Training with traditional strength training to deliver a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and functional fitness. Using the TRX suspension system alongside free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll challenge your muscles, improve core stability, and enhance mobility—all while working through dynamic and efficient movements.

INTENSITY FOCUSED CLASSES

CIRCUIT

Circuit is a fast-paced, full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements to  build muscle and improve endurance. In this class, you’ll rotate through a series of exercise stations, each designed to target different muscle groups and energy systems. Each station involves performing an exercise for a set amount of time before moving to the next, keeping your heart rate up and muscles engaged throughout the session. The variety of exercises ensures that no two workouts are the same, making this class both exciting and highly effective. You’ll work with a range of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, medicine balls, jump ropes, boxes, wall balls and bodyweight movements.

STRENGTH + RUN

Strength & Run Class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines the best of strength training with running intervals. This class is designed to build muscle, boost cardiovascular endurance, and improve overall functional fitness by alternating between strength exercises and running sprints or steady-state runs. It's perfect for individuals looking to increase muscle tone, improve stamina, and burn calories, all while challenging their body in dynamic ways. Note: If running is not your thing, we will have alternative exercises you can do in place of running.

TOTAL BODY

Get ready for a full-body fitness challenge that targets every major muscle group with a combination of strength, cardio, and functional movement! This high-energy class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and push your metal fitness to its max all in one session. Using dumbbells, bands and body weight you will bust through this workout and feel fierce at the completion. Buckle up.

BURN TAG

Get ready for an exhilarating, high-energy workout that combines the cardio intensity of indoor cycling with the muscle-sculpting power of strength training—all while working with a partner! This class is designed to challenge your endurance, build strength, and foster teamwork as you cycle through heart-pumping intervals and perform strength exercises together.

STUDIO MASH-UP

Need a change of scenery? In Studio Mash-Up, you will rotate through all 3 studios for a combination of heart pumping spin, power bursting strength and gut busting core to keep you engaged for a full 60 minutes.

HIIT

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a fast-paced, calorie-torching workout designed to build endurance, burn fat, and increase strength. This class is perfect for those looking to maximize their workout time and push their body to new levels of fitness. In a typical HIIT class, you'll alternate between high-intensity exercises (such as jumping jacks, burpees, sprints, mountain climbers, or squat jumps) and periods of active recovery or rest. The goal is to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the workout, maximizing the calorie burn and fat loss while improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.

HIITBOX

HIITBox combines the best of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Kickboxing to deliver a full-body, fat-blasting workout that improves cardiovascular endurance, builds strength, and enhances power—all while having a blast! In this fast-paced, energetic class, you’ll alternate between explosive cardio drills and kickboxing-focused intervals, combining the BURNing benefits of HIIT with the skill-building techniques of boxing.

DANCE BURN

Dance BURN is a fun, high-energy workout that combines dance moves with a cardiovascular workout to improve your fitness while you groove! This class is designed to get you moving, sweating, and smiling through easy-to-follow dance routines set to upbeat music. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or someone who just loves to move to the beat, this class offers a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, coordination and muscle tone—all while you have a great time!

SPIN

Spin is indoor cycling that is high-energy, low-impact cardio workout that mimics outdoor cycling in a controlled environment. SPIN + FLOW

Spin + Flow is a unique blend of high-energy intensity of indoor cycling with the mindful movements of yoga or flow-based stretching. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and strength while also enhancing flexibility, balance, and mental focus. It's a perfect workout for those who want the heart-pumping benefits of spinning while also incorporating a calming, restorative flow to stretch and release tension.

SPIN +

Spin + class offers you time on the bike to sprint, climb and jam as well as the addition (+) of a special strength element to class. This could be time off the bike focusing on strength movements or core work or it could be strength movements on the bike using smaller weights and bands. You get the best of both worlds in Spin +.

SPIN + SUSPEND

Spin + Suspend is a powerful combination of indoor cycling and suspension training designed to give you the ultimate full-body workout. This class combines the heart-pumping cardio of cycling with the strength-building benefits of TRX suspension training, targeting multiple muscle groups, improving endurance, and building core strength.

SPIN SWAP

Spin SWAP class offers you a quick change of pace half way through class as you SWAP studios. Half of the class you will climb, sprint and roll on your bike and half you will work on strength exercises (or vice versa). Get ready for a heart pumping, muscle building experience like no other.

MIND + BODY CLASSES

BARRE

Barre is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to tone and sculpt your body. In this class, you'll use the ballet barre (or a sturdy surface) for balance and stability, while performing small, controlled movements to target muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. The focus is on building strength in key areas like the legs, core, and glutes, with exercises that also engage the upper body and improve overall endurance.

BARRE INTENSITY

Get ready to take your barre workout to the next level with this high-energy, full-body challenge! Barre Intensity is a fast-paced, advanced version of the traditional barre class, designed to push your limits and sculpt your body in new ways. This class alternates between sets of work at the barre and HIIT on your mat leaving you breathless. You'll work every muscle group while building strength, endurance, and flexibility.

BARRE FIGHT

When the graceful world of barre meets the athleticism of kickboxing, the results are hot! This fusion class provides the best of both worlds and appeals all fitness levels. This 60-minute class broken down with 30 minutes of barre and 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing. This class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout utilizing a ballet barre for stability, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio, & resistance training.

CORE FUSION

Core Fusion is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines the best elements of Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training to help you build lean muscle, improve flexibility, and strengthen your core. This class is designed to tone, lengthen, and sculpt the entire body using a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, Pilates-based movements, yoga-inspired stretches, and barre technique.

SCULPT

Sculpt is a dynamic blend of yoga and strength training designed to sculpt, tone, and define your entire body. This high-intensity class blends traditional yoga poses with weight training, resistance exercises, and cardio intervals, creating a full-body workout that challenges your strength, flexibility, and endurance. The result is a class that builds muscle, improves cardiovascular health, and increases flexibility—all while keeping the calming, mindful elements of yoga.

SCULPTED BEATS

Sculpted Beats is an energetic fusion of yoga, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise, all set to an invigorating music playlist. The class combines traditional yoga poses with strength-building movements, incorporating dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. The unique twist is that the movements are synced to the beat of the music, creating a rhythmic flow that helps you stay engaged and motivated as you sweat it out.

POWER YOGA

This high-energy yoga class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of challenging postures and dynamic sequences. Power Yoga combines elements of traditional Vinyasa flow with a more intense pace, designed to elevate your heart rate and increase your overall fitness level. Expect to move through powerful sequences that include standing poses, arm balances, core work, and intense stretches—all linked with mindful breath.

VINYASA YOGA

This dynamic and fluid Vinyasa Yoga class links breath with movement, creating a seamless flow that will challenge both your body and mind. In this class, you'll move through a series of postures, from standing poses to balance work to deep stretches, all while maintaining a steady, conscious breath. Each sequence is designed to build heat, increase flexibility, and improve strength and endurance.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga is a structured, traditional practice that follows a specific sequence of postures, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. In this class, we’ll focus on the primary series which is a series of linked postures that flow together, combining breath with movement in a dynamic, rhythmic way. Ashtanga is known for its consistency, discipline, and the transformative power of regular practice.

YIN YANG YOGA

This class offers the perfect balance between the dynamic, energizing qualities of yang (active) yoga and the slow, restorative depth of yin yoga. Beginning with an invigorating flow of Vinyasa-style movement to build heat, you'll awaken your body through strength, fluidity, and breath. As the class transitions into the yin portion, we shift gears to longer-held, passive postures that target the deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and deep relaxation.

MOBILITY

This class is designed to improve joint mobility and enhance overall movement patterns, helping you move with more ease and freedom in your body. In this class, we’ll focus on dynamic stretching, joint-specific exercises, myofascial release and massage and mobility drills that target key areas like the hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles.
